DocBreaker 1.0 - It breaks text documents in pieces, using the specified text attributes as a rule. Its interface is minimal but effective and lets you specify breaking criteria which can range from simple to real complex ones. It's a sort of document "cutter". Both the input and the output documents can be provided in a variety of formats, thanks to Claris XTND System support. DocBreaker will read and write any text document for which an XTND translator is available. Although DocBreaker is a standalone application, it was mainly conceived as a pre-processor for another application I wrote called DocAssembler, which groups and structures document collections and supports the XTND System as well. Togheter, they form a strong document management tool.
